Hideaway Pizza in Stillwater

I have eaten here with friends, family, as well as work functions. I enjoy the pizza. The salads are good, not great. The atmosphere could be improved as the seating is too condensed, not much space.

Fantastic pizza and the best service of anywhere in the world. The fried mushrooms and fried cheese are a must. I love the fact that you can order a pizza and split the toppings individually (if 4 people want to split a pizza, you can order a quarter a piece as to whatever toppings and sauces each person prefer). The only thing I wish they had was a more extensive draft beer menu.

Amazing pizzas, good appetizers, great service. Good prices, creative and interesting atmosphere, friendly staff! Also this leftover pizza reheats very well!

The crust stinks at this location. If it’s the “original” they should not be proud of it. Been to the ones in Tulsa, Bartlesville and their hand tossed crust is awesome. Disappointing experience.

Night before graduation and service was exceptional. We had sandwiches and mini pizzas and everything came out terrific! Great job BOH!

Great pizza but very slow service! Staff needs to jacked up and told to hustle. Add 15 minutes to whatever you think is reasonable service, and then wait.

The pizza was great and the waiter was attentive and easy to get our requests across.

Hideaway in Stillwater is an institution! Good food, friendly staff, family friendly atmosphere. Don't forget the fried mushrooms!

This place is regularly voted as Oklahoma's favorite pizza joint and I can't figure out why. It's not bad, but I've had better pizza at a number of places, and I've had equally good - but cheaper - pizza at a ton of others. Hideaway isn't bad, but it's nothing special either.The pizza has a bit more dough than I prefer and the taste doesn't stand out in any particular way. They were quite generous with toppings and they have a good variety of options, but that's about the extent of my praise.

Who doesn't love the original Hideaway Pizza? I am a biased OSU grad though! Love it!

Had a good lunch with my wife. Started off iffy when greeter and server who took my drink order didn't seem too excited I was there. Sandwich was spot on, chips (while crispy) did not taste like Parmesan. My wife enjoyed her food. We both loved the ice!! Food is generally good; we don't really come here often though.

We were visiting Stillwater for the Mid South 100 (cycle race) and wanted good pizza the night before the race. The pizza wasn't good it was GREAT! So happy we decided to try Hideaway pizza - will have it again, next year, when we return for the 2021 Mid South.

Good place to eat. The pizzas are great for splitting with a few people if you're the average stomach. It saves money and gives good quality. I didn't eat pizza, but saw my friends all eat. I had the big salad and was impressed with the amount of meat and cheese vs lettuce it had. The crust on the pizzas my friends had looked not as doughy as I like. Looked closer to thin crust than hand tossed or pan pizzas. I bet they were still pretty good though. The reason I gave it a 3 stars, though is because we called in advance to reserve spots for our group, and we were told it was fine, but when we arrived we were then told that no notice was given and that the person we called wasn't even supposed to accept reservations after a certain time. So we waited outside for at least 30 minutes. We were late to our event because of it and felt rushed when eating. And we didn't all sit together, or even near each other.

Always delicious. We love Hideaway.

Was very busy of course after Homecoming but the service was great, pizza was excellent and came out very quickly. Never disappoints!

Had a Italian Sub for lunch and it was very good, fresh and quick service.

You'd be missing out if you came to Stillwater and didn't go to Hideaway Pizza. They have been a local favorite since 1957! While there are some franchises popping up around Oklahoma they are actually separate from this original location and some menu items are different. My personal favorite appetizer is the fried mushrooms. They are served with both ranch and marinara sauces. Favorite pizza is harder to choose, but I love the Pizza of the Gods. The olive oil and garlic base is amazing when paired with tomatoes and artichokes. They did just start offering cauliflower crust! I'm so excited!

Great local pizza joint. Favorite is The Bomb pizza.

The original is the best. Fried mushrooms are a must. And, the big country is like no other pizza I've ever had.

This restaurant is a staple in the Stillwater community. The friendly staff and top notch service are a refreshing combo in today's challenge of restaurant service. Cups are always full and the food is always served hot. Stop in for their famously known pizza or any other item on their menu and you're sure to have an amazing experience.

Always courteous and highly responsive staff members checking on the guests. The fried mushrooms are an absolute must have with the creamy Italian dressing alongside their Big Country and Supreme pizzas. The beer and wine selections aren't half bad at all, they do offer local brews from Iron Monk.The pizza servings, while slightly pricier than other places, are very well portioned and come with plenty of cheese, sauce, and toppings. I've been coming here for 31 years and will be coming here until the day the doors close or I the place outlives me.

There's nothing like the original hideaway! The crust is delicious with lots of toppings and the lunch special is a great deal. If you like spicy try the green sauce!

Not what it was in the 90's but still a good spot to show someone visiting.

Awesome pizza, wonderful service. Be sure to try the Gouda and macaroni balls! Nice local cuisine.

Friendly staff, delicious food, relaxed atmosphere. Love that you can enjoy a drink and just play Pente for however long you want without feeling rushed.

This pizza is soooooo good. The crust is the best! Many flavors & different sauces (I love Paradise Pie & Pizza of the Gods). Drinks offered. Fried mushrooms. Salads. Table service. Pizzas are big. Good atmosphere. If you're in Stillwater, you should try Hideaway. It's on/near campus and you get a real feel for the town. And the pizza just can't be beat!

My family and I visit Stillwater every few months for family, we live in Texas but I've never had pizza better than Hideaway's! It is definitely amazing 👍

I would give this place more than 5 stars. The service was excellent. Three people made sure we had everything we needed from the home we say down to the time we left. The food was even better. I had the Chicken Florentine and my husband had the Big Country. The flavors were amazing and the sizes were spot on. Cant wait to go again.

Pizza is a little on the expensive side, but it is undoubtedly good. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is very laid back.

I love Stillwater's Hideaways pizza. The owner created the game pente as well so they have it on hand for you to play while you wait on your food. The pizza taste great and is unique. The service is nice and the atmosphere is amazing.

Lunch special of soup (chili) and 1/2 sandwich was good, but the waitress forgot my mushrooms.

Great custom pizzas, wonderfully kind staff, and a nice atmosphere! The prices weren’t too bad, either! The only thing that kept this place from a 5 is that there was nothing over-the-top, but it’s not a 3 because it’s not average! A great place! The doors around the building were a bit strange, though.

Delicious pizza... There's one for everyone! Try the Parmesan Meatball Appetizer, The Little Kahuna pizza and Big Country pizza! Great flavors and lots of toppings!

Love the fried mushrooms! There is a wonderful family atmosphere. And they have a nice selection for vegetarians. This is a great place to bring family, friends, and a big group for a celebration. The staff is friendly and the kites all around the restaurant are beautiful. It is also right next to the college campus!!
